We're here to help.
Documentation, setup guides, and a real person to email if you get stuck.
Documentation
Pair a screen, build layouts and playlists in the studio, then schedule what plays and when. See how CastFlow works for the full walkthrough.
API reference
A public API lets you view screens and playlists, and assign content to a screen — authenticated with an API key from Settings. See the API documentation for how to get a key and what's available.

Cyber security
A few things we actually do to keep your account safe.
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt — CastFlow never stores your password in plain text.
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available on every account.
- Google Sign-In is supported as an alternative to a password.
- API keys are stored as one-way hashes — the full key is shown to you only once, at creation.
- Every account action is recorded in a full audit log.
- Sessions are managed per device, with a "sign out everywhere" option if you ever need it.
