1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CastFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
CastFlow is a digital signage platform for building, scheduling, and remotely managing content on connected screens. We may change or improve the service over time.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Pricing & billing
CastFlow is billed at $5 per screen per month, with your first screen free forever. Charges for additional screens are prorated for the billing cycle in which they're added or removed. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we never store your full card number.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CastFlow to display unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or display through CastFlow. You're responsible for having the rights to use it.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
CastFlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CastFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
